On Tap
Hammered Dwarf specializes in Traditional, Craft Ciders, using high-tannin Cider apples, with a particular focus on Barrel Aging.
We produce all our ciders in small batches of 200 gallons or less, allowing us to experiment with more flavors than high volume cideries.

Harrison Single Varietal
9.2%, Dry, Single Varietal
An American heritage cider apple, developed in the Northeastern United States during the revolutionary war period. This species was nearly lost in the 1970’s, with scion wood from the last tree rescued three days before the tree was cut down. This dry, unfiltered, single varietal cider has notes of baked apple, despite no spices or seasonings added.
Scumble (re-release)
11%, Dry, Rum barrel aged
First released at our grand opening, this cider has been aged for 2 years; 6 months in Rum barrels from Skip Rock Distillers, and keg conditioned for an additional 18 months. It is Rum forward, with notes of vanilla and spice.
Treent’s Heartwood
9%, Dry, Amaro Liqueur barrel aged
Aged for almost a year in barrels used for Amaro Amorino Riserva by Letterpress Distilling in Seattle, WA. This cider picks up the Amaro’s notes of “deep baking spice, restrained orange peel, soft smoke”.
Manchurian Crabapple Single Varietal
12.5%, Semi-Dry, Single Varietal
The Manchurian Crabapple is grown primarily in the Midwest US. With a high tannin count, it has a distinct, not overly tart, flavor. We recommend tasting this near the end of a flight, as the flavor can be overpowering to other ciders.
Fall 2021 Dabinett/Brownsnout
6.9%, Dry, Cider Apple Blend
A dry cider, using apples exclusively from an orchard in Snohomish County. Dabinett and Brownsnout are both traditional cider apples, with a high tannin content.
Sunshine Brew
5.9%, Sweet, Pineapple Apple-ade.
Using Granny Smith juice as a base, this cider deliciously tart, with sweetness from real pineapple juice.
